Sarawak Netherlands has over 25 years’ experience in product and sales demonstrations, training store staff and improving in-store visibility to boost sales and take your retail department to the next level. We have the specialists to carry out the full range of activities, from field account managers, area managers, shop-in-shop staff, in-store demonstrations, promotional campaigns to promote major product launches, right through to eye-catching decorations. Activating sales and informing, developing and encouraging in-store staff is our expertise.

We work with tactical and strategic field teams. Employment contract conditions are adapted to the duration of our customers’ contracts. Salary levels are defined in the Visie Groep salary structure and are used for different current customers.

In collaboration with CatchYourTalent , Racktime manages a pool of strictly selected and trained commercial talent and sales professionals with a passion for customers. We choose to work with young people between the ages of 21 and 27, highly qualified young professionals with an enthusiastic, customer-oriented mindset. Our employees live throughout the Benelux to minimize travel costs and to be able to react quickly if necessary.
